Bespoke and bridal
Bespoke and bridal pieces are custom-made to your measurements and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Ready-to-wear
Ready-to-wear items in their original, unused condition with tags attached are eligible for store credit or exchange if returned within:
- 24 hours of delivery within Abuja
- 72 hours of delivery outside Abuja
Returns must be made to 530 Malum Damboama Street, Jahi, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, with all logistics costs borne by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty upon delivery. Faults must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and supported by video evidence taken at the point of opening.
No returns are accepted after 48 hours (Abuja) or 72 hours (outside Abuja).
Delivery charges are refundable only for faulty items. Please allow 5 business days for refunds on damaged goods to be processed.
Sale items
All sale items are final — no returns or exchanges.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Abandoned items
Completed outfits must be collected within two weeks, as our storage is limited. Items abandoned for more than three months, paid or unpaid, will be donated to charity.
International orders
Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Email hello@relle.com.ng with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.
