Shipping Policy

Domestic shipping

Delivery rates within Nigeria are calculated at checkout based on your location. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of all returns and exchanges.

International shipping

International orders are shipped via DHL Express, with rates calculated at checkout by parcel weight and destination.

Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility, assessed according to the tax laws of the destination country. RELLE has no control over these charges.

Order cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has left our atelier it cannot be cancelled.

Return shipping

• RELLE does not provide return labels. All logistics costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
• Returns must be sent to 530 Malum Damboama Street, Jahi, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
• Please contact us at hello@relle.com.ng before sending any return.
