Overview
This website is operated by RELLE. Throughout the site the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RELLE. By visiting our site or purchasing from us you engage our service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced within them.
Please read these terms carefully before using the site. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the site or its services. We may update or replace any part of these terms by posting changes to this page; your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1. Online store terms
By agreeing to these terms you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, nor breach any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any malicious code. Breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access.
2. General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or exploit any part of the service without our express written permission.
3. Accuracy of information
Material on this site is provided for general information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions. We reserve the right to modify the contents of the site at any time but have no obligation to update any information.
4. Prices and modifications
Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time without notice, and shall not be liable for any such change.
5. Products and services
Certain pieces are available exclusively online and may be limited in quantity. They are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy.
We make every effort to display the colours and detail of our garments accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen will render colour faithfully. Hand-finished pieces vary slightly by nature.
We reserve the right to limit sales to any person or region, to limit quantities, and to discontinue any piece at any time.
6. Billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it as needed so we can complete your order and contact you.
7. Bespoke and consultation services
Bespoke garments require a production period of 8 to 24 weeks depending on complexity. An 80% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance settled before delivery. All fabrics and materials are sourced by the RELLE atelier; client-supplied fabrics are not accepted.
For garments made with illusion mesh or net fabrics, the client is responsible for the integrity of the fabric once worn. RELLE is not liable for rips or tears caused during use, and the cost of adjustments after wear is the client’s responsibility.
Consultation fees must be paid before confirmation and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes to an agreed design, lining, fabric or embellishment after production has commenced will attract a charge of at least 50% of the initial production cost.
8. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party sites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy and accept no liability for transactions made with them.
9. Comments and submissions
If you send us ideas, suggestions or other materials, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation. You agree your submissions will not violate the rights of any third party or contain unlawful or objectionable material.
10. Personal information
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Errors and omissions
Occasionally information on the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to descriptions, pricing, shipping charges or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to cancel orders where information was inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.
12. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, to transmit malicious code, to collect others’ personal information, or to interfere with the security of the site.
13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that your use of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated by us. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RELLE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RELLE and its officers, employees and partners from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in force.
16. Termination
These terms remain effective until terminated by either party. We may terminate this agreement at any time if we believe you have failed to comply with any provision.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
